[they're somewhere. don't ask me where.
anyhow, belph's called them all here, because it's time to be on the same page before murder night, basically. some threads with the crafters are ongoing for us probably but!!]

CARDIA'S INFO
I think that it's something she can tell only Cardia, for that matter. Again... ambiguous wording.
Anyway, whatever it is, it's relevant only if Tiger wins. Essentially, her concern is that Tiger won't revive the dead; in fact, according to Dragon, there won't be enough ink to bring us all back, should Tiger win.
Souji—you still have the potion, right? Think that confirming whether or not Tiger will hold up her end of the bargain, should she win, is a good idea?

... I can verify there won't be enough ink to bring us all back if we chose Tiger-sama's ending.
She admitted as much to me. She'd use the ink to sever the story of the Tiger and the Dragon and then we get what's leftover... but the shit she wants requires a lot of ink, so...

[ there doesn't seem to be much of a point, in that case. ]

Since it looks like Dragon-sama's ending is more likely to come to pass, we do have more ink to work with... but some people would get left behind.
And we sure as shit wouldn't have enough ink to change the fates of people who either can't go home or are dead.

[ you can practically see the air quotes around "risky," since
you know. this is still bad. ]

Tiger-sama was vague about how much ink would be necessary, though. Both of them are too goddamn stubborn to just give us a hard number.
... Except Dragon-sama, I guess, but last I talked to her, she wasn't keen on trying to... I dunno, combine their endings, somehow.

Dragon-san has told me that it is the past Tiger-san wishes to change. She emphasized that should Tiger-san rewrite her history, there would certainly not be enough ink for us.
[. . .]
However. . .
[another pause, and he recites something, like he's recalling from memory exactly what Dragon said]
"If you would want to write a new story - as long as the Dragon and Tiger both exist in it - you may try to grant her some freedom from this."
Which I believe means that there may be a way for us to rewrite a future for both of them. Perhaps one where neither of them are bound or constrained by their current titles.

[but he also gives a deep frown, something of an annoyed scowl on his features]
. . . are we being given different information?

They both said no.
[:/. . .]
From Dragon-san: "No, there is nothing vital regarding the possible endings that remains a secret to you.."
From Tiger-san: "I don't believe you're missing anything. Do you feel as if you are?"
[:/!!!]
Or perhaps my questioning was too limited?

[With all this information coming to light, and with people more or less kind of going "WHAT IF WE CHANGE EVERYTHING ANYWAY!!!"]
But it's a possibility. I should also note that the potion can be used for "anything within reason", so if anyone has a better idea of what to use it for...

We could probably do the same with any other ideas we have
LORE
[...]
According to Dragon, life used to be peaceful and the ink was a piece of magic hidden away, before Tiger found it and decided to start a war over it. Maybe over her son? Dragon didn't actually know about him, so she can't say one way or another.
In any case, Dragon's father fought against her—which Dragon called his mistake—and then things... escalated from there, I guess.
[also i'm not digging through a million pcs to piece together the rest of this especially when YOU'RE ALL THE ONES I GOT MOST OF THE REST FROM so pls add to this.]

Dragon-san's name was Aya. Tiger-san. . . doesn't remember.
[aha]
And Tiger-san inherited her role from her mother, just as Dragon-san inherited hers from her father.

[ it's said with a shrug since, again, she kept saying she didn't remember much. ]

... She admits if she knew how the hell things were gonna turn out, she might've made different choices, but she's too stubborn and prideful to go back on this shit now.

... So if we think up an alternative, we're gonna have a hard time selling it to her.
