Nope. Jae-ha sent me a letter demanding I cook you a specific recipe.

I don't think it'll give you food poisoning? Unless he's trying to kill me too.

[he pulls out a letter and hands it over.]

[... This shouldn't surprise Sanji as much as it does. Nor should it really hurt at this point, but it seems he is always underestimating his capacity to feel like shit.]

Oi, forget this, Belph. You got enough on your plate, you don't need to be taking care of me because I can't keep it together.

[Belph can't use a disclaimer like that and not expect Sanji to start prodding. This is so opposite of his own life experiences that he just. doesn't understand how this is possible.]

... I think Jae-ha would have a lot of choice words with me if I poisoned you.

[sanji, at least go out in a better way than poison via nerd...

anyway, belph'll get two bowls ready, before presenting one to sanji. if he does taste it, wishing for the sweet embrace of death... well, he'll find it's not bad! it tastes pretty much what you'd expect from someone with no cooking experience but who knows how to follow a recipe precisely, give or take a few mistakes.]

[Belph is lucky that where food is concerned, it's hard for Sanji to stay sulky for long. Regardless of the circumstances behind it (or, in that case, because of them), he forces himself to recognize that the food was made as a gesture of goodwill. Jae-Ha might've insisted, but Belph is still the one who chose to do the work.]

[He takes the bowl, smiling down without taking a bite yet.]
